Good day Exco and Natasha The Dale Carnegie Course, has had an impact on me, specifically the fresh perspective I have of myself after having had honest feedback from my colleagues. The course also imparted an awareness of effective techniques that I will attempt to integrate going forward Specifically with regards being more conversational.
