Registering for a Dale Carnegie course is quick and easy.

You can register online, contact our office by phone or email, or simply let us know which course you’d like to attend. We’ll guide you through the rest of the process.

For organisations enrolling employees, simply send us the names and email addresses of the participants. We’ll take care of the registration, issue the invoice, and provide all the information needed before the course begins.

If you’re registering as an individual and have any questions before booking, our team will be happy to assist you.

Yes. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled course, you may be able to transfer your booking to a future course date with advance notice.

Each participant receives one complimentary transfer, which can be used within 3 to 6 months of the original course start date (subject to availability). After six months, the transfer credit expires.

If additional transfers are requested, a 5% transfer fee applies, with the fee increasing for each subsequent reschedule.

We work closely with our training venues and partner hotels to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, halaal-friendly, and common food allergies.

If you require strictly Halaal, strictly Kosher, or strictly vegan meals, these can usually be arranged for an additional fee. To help us make the necessary arrangements, please let us know at least one week before your training.

While we can’t guarantee special meal requests received at short notice, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

If you prefer, you’re also welcome to bring your own meals to the training.

Participants who successfully complete one of Dale Carnegie South Africa’s courses receive both a printed certificate and a digital certificate, which can be proudly shared on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.

To successfully complete your course, participants are expected to attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions. If you’re unable to attend part of your course, please let us know as soon as possible. In many cases, we can arrange for you to make up the missed session on a future course so you can complete your training and qualify for your certificate. Additional venue or catering charges may apply.

If you need a replacement printed certificate, we can arrange a reprint for an additional printing and delivery fee.

To ensure your certificate is issued correctly, we’ll ask you to confirm the spelling of your name before it is produced.
