Coaching One on One

Varying

One to one coaching is a powerful short term intervention suitable for all levels and disciplines within and outside of an organisation. This style of coaching typically covers a six month period to allow for a significant and sustainable behavioural change to occur.

In today’s busy work environment leaders and individual contributors at all levels rarely set aside time to assess, plan and reflect. One to one coaching creates a confidential and supportive environment that enables this to take place and the individual to achieve far greater results.
