Yes. We customise content to your team’s goals, deliver on‑site or virtual, and price per group based on duration and complexity. It would be best to call or email into our office to set up a training needs meeting.

Generation.Next is our high impact youth programme designed for Grades 11 and 12 to build confidence, communication, leadership, and stress management. Delivered at schools or as open-enrolment sessions in Johannesburg and Durban. Contact is of want upcoming dates or a school rollout, and we can enrol your child

Only the top five Dale Carnegie South Africa courses hold SETA accreditation. If you tell me which programme you’re interested in, I’ll confirm its accreditation status and provide the unit standard (if available) plus the required documentation for POPIA/skills levy claims.

Yes, we are ISO certified, ensuring our training processes meet international quality standards.

We accept EFT, credit card, and company purchase orders. Payment plans are available for certain programmes

We run training programmes in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban as in person, virtual or hybrid delivery. We have virtual delivery nationwide.

You can register in two ways:

  • Online: Visit our website and go to the registration page.
  • By phone: Call our office and we’ll assist you with the process.

You can transfer to a future date with notice. You get 1 free make-up credit, valid for 3 to 6 months from your original training start date. After 6 months, the credit expires. If you transfer after that, a 5% transfer fee applies, and this fee increases with each additional reschedule.


Our venues and partner hotels are halaal friendly and cater for standard dietary needs (vegetarian, halaal-friendly, allergies).
If you require strictly halaal (certified) or strictly kosher meals, an additional fee applies. Please inform us at least one week before training. Requests without advance notice cannot be guaranteed. We cannot cater for special requirements beyond this. You may bring your own meals, but this will not reduce your enrolment fee.

  • You attend and participate in at least 80% of sessions
  • Your instructor confirms satisfactory progress
  • Digital copy: R200
  • Hard copy (collection): R300
  • Hard copy (courier): R380
  • More than 14 days before start: Full refund
  • 7–14 days before start: 90% refund
  • Less than 7 working days: No cancellations accepted
    All cancellations must be in writing via a signed document.
  • A laptop to access our online platform (available for 12 months)
  • Accept the calendar invite sent a week before training to confirm attendance
  • Printed materials are optional and incur an additional fee
