Good day Exco and Natasha The Dale Carnegie Course, has had an impact on me, specifically the fresh perspective I have of myself after having had honest feedback from my colleagues. The course also imparted an awareness of effective techniques that I will attempt to integrate going forward Specifically with regards being more conversational. If approached correctly and openly I think this course provides immense value for those actively seeking personal growth and from a company perspective This exercise allows colleagues to have a genuine human connection in an environment of vulnerability that could not be achieved in other situations.

After 25 years in the semiconductors and medical device market statements, I have participated in many so-called pieces of training in Europe and North America. I attribute the success of the programmes to the willingness of the Account Manager to be flexible, listen and customize the programmes and learning journeys to fit in with the business needs, keeping in mind the Roche values and competencies.
